1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using OpsNova ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details (name, phone, email) and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3. Student profile & enrollment
Enrollment in courses requires a completed student profile, including education history and a passport photo. Submitted profiles are locked; corrections can be requested from an administrator.
4. Course content & license
Course materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not redistribute, resell, record, or share course content or your account access.
5. Payments & refunds
Prices are displayed in INR. Where a course is paid, fees are due before access is granted. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course has been consumed.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform: no unauthorized access attempts, scraping, uploading of unlawful content, or interference with other learners.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsNova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
